Elementi Fires: Concrete Outdoor Fire Bowls & Fire Tables

Italian-designed. Architecturally finished. Built to last.

Elementi Fires is a US-founded, internationally distributed brand specialising in large-format concrete fire bowls and fire tables. Each piece is cast from ultra-high-performance fibre-reinforced concrete — chosen for its resistance to thermal shock, its weight, and the way it weathers to a consistent, architectural finish over time.

Gas-fired. Low-maintenance. Designed for permanent outdoor living.

These are not decorative accessories — they are substantial outdoor focal points built for patios, terraces, and pool surrounds in the UK climate. Clean-burning gas means no ash, no embers, and no seasonal storage. Whether connected to mains natural gas or an LPG cylinder, Elementi fire features deliver all-evening heat with minimal effort.

Looking for something even more refined? The Elementi Plus range narrows this collection further — with premium GFRC and marble porcelain finishes, higher BTU output, and a luxury-first design ethos for those who want the ultimate outdoor fire statement.

FAQs

All Elementi Fires fire bowls and fire tables are gas-fired. Models are available for either natural gas (mains supply) or propane/LPG (cylinder). They do not produce smoke, ash, or embers, making them suitable for urban gardens and smoke-controlled zones.

Elementi Fires products are cast from fibre-reinforced concrete — a high-density mix with glass or polypropylene fibres added to resist cracking under repeated heat cycling. The finish is either smooth or lightly textured and does not require sealing or painting.

Yes. The concrete used by Elementi Fires is rated for outdoor use and handles frost, rain, and UV exposure without significant degradation. A fitted cover is recommended during extended periods of non-use to protect the burner and media bed.

Yes. All Elementi Fires products are available in LPG (propane) configuration, making them suitable for gardens without a mains gas supply. NOTE: The propane cylinder is stored outside the unit — typically in a nearby storage cabinet or a purpose-built enclosure — and connected via a regulator and hose to the burner inlet. Elementi specify the correct regulator type and hose length in their installation documentation.

Conversion requires a change of burner orifice to match the different gas pressure and flow rate of mains natural gas. We can provide the conversion kit as an optional add-on. Conversion and mains gas connection must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Key Characteristics of the Elementi Fires Range

Fibre-Reinforced Concrete Construction

Every Elementi piece is cast from a high-density concrete mix reinforced with glass or polypropylene fibres. This gives the material exceptional resistance to cracking under repeated heat cycling, while producing a smooth or lightly textured finish in slate, carbon, and ivory tones — no painted surfaces, no seasonal storage required.

Stainless Steel Burner Systems

H-burners and ring burners are fabricated from stainless steel and rated for continuous outdoor use. Models are available for natural gas (mains) or propane/LPG (cylinder), with conversion between fuel types available via an optional orifice kit — fitted by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Large-Format Sizing

Fire bowls typically range from 40" to 60" in diameter. Fire tables are designed to seat 4–8 people comfortably, functioning as both a heat source and a surface for drinks and lighting. Both formats are home and commercial-compatible.

Fire Bowls vs Fire Tables

Elementi Fire Bowls

Freestanding units with a central burner set into the concrete basin. The open bowl design produces a wide, visible flame at low gas pressure — effective for all-evening use with high BTU output. Ideal as a standalone focal point on a terrace or pool surround.

Elementi Fire Tables

A gas burner inset into a concrete tabletop, typically surrounded by a lava rock or glass media bed. Fire tables combine ambient heat with practical surface area — suited to outdoor dining and entertaining spaces where both warmth and usability matter.
