Our Lifestyle Eden range offers two propane-powered options. The Eden LFS921 has a 2kW burner for smaller greenhouses, while the Eden Pro LFS922 provides 4.2kW for larger spaces. Compare the individual product’s stated coverage alongside your greenhouse dimensions, glazing and exposure; heat requirements also depend on the outdoor temperature and the conditions your plants need.
Both models feature thermostat-controlled self-ignition, calling for heat when required and returning to standby once the set temperature is reached. This helps manage changing conditions without relying on a fixed heat output throughout the day. Use a greenhouse thermometer to check conditions where your plants are positioned.
A propane gas hose and regulator are included with each heater. You will need a suitable propane cylinder, with setup, positioning and connection carried out in accordance with the appliance instructions. Check the full product specifications and clearances before choosing where to place your heater.
Both Eden models include an Oxygen Depletion System and Flame Failure Device. These are additional safeguards, not a substitute for the ventilation required by the manufacturer. Keep the specified ventilation openings clear and follow the instructions for operation, inspection and maintenance. Choose a greenhouse-specific heater rather than assuming a patio or domestic heater is suitable for horticultural use.
