The Cozze® G-500 Plancha is a versatile tabletop gas grill designed for patios, balconies, and small outdoor kitchens. With two SS409 M stainless steel burners delivering a total output of 5.0 kW, it heats up quickly and evenly across its enamel-coated cast iron griddle (51 × 39 cm).

The included lid helps retain heat and protect the cooking surface when not in use, while the dual-zone design lets you grill different foods at different temperatures. A built-in thermometer and LED-lit control knobs offer precise heat management, and the integrated grease tray keeps your cooking area clean.

Built for durability, the grill features a zinc-treated steel body with heat-resistant powder coating and a heat-shielded aluminium lid interior. With a maximum temperature of 510°C, it’s ideal for searing, sautéing, and high-heat cooking. The compact footprint (59.7 × 58.9 × 37.8 cm) makes it perfect for tight spaces. This model operates on 30 mbar gas pressure and connects via standard fittings. Regulator not included.

The Cozze G-500 Plancha has a flat, enamel-coated cast iron cooking surface suitable for searing meat, sautéing vegetables and cooking seafood. Its solid plate keeps smaller ingredients on the surface rather than letting them fall through a grill grate.

Yes. Two gas burners provide independent heat zones with a combined output of 5.0 kW, so you can cook different foods at different temperatures. A lid is included, along with a built-in thermometer and LED-lit control knobs to help you monitor and adjust the heat. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for using the lid during cooking.

No, a gas regulator and hose are not included in the box. The manufacturer leaves these out so you can match the connection to the specific gas bottle you choose to use.

To get up and running, you will need an outdoor LPG propane cylinder and a matching low-pressure regulator and hose kit, easily available from local hardware stores like B&Q. The Cozze G-500 Plancha is specified for 30 mbar: match the regulator pressure to the appliance’s rating label and manual, rather than treating 30 mbar and 37 mbar as interchangeable.

For green Patio Gas bottles (recommended): you need a 27 mm clip-on propane regulator. For red propane bottles: you need a screw-on (POL) propane regulator. In either case, the regulator must supply the pressure specified for your plancha.

Please note: This unit is not compatible with blue butane bottles or mains natural gas. Ask your gas supplier to match the correct hose and regulator to your plancha and gas bottle, and follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions before use.

The enamel-coated cast iron cooking surface and integrated grease tray help make routine cleaning straightforward. A removable stainless steel spatula holder is also included on the side. Turn off the gas and allow the plancha to cool before cleaning, following the manufacturer’s care instructions and using tools suitable for enamel.
