A tabletop fire pit brings a flickering focal point to an outdoor seating or dining area without taking up the space of a freestanding fire pit. These compact designs put the atmosphere of a real flame at the heart of conversation, whether you are sharing an evening meal or settling down for a quiet drink outdoors.
Choose between two distinct fire experiences. Happy Cocooning Lumi tabletop gas fireplaces offer an adjustable flame with a contemporary decorative surround. The Lumi range includes ribbed, grooved, stone-look and teak designs, with glass windscreens framing the flame. Check the individual model for the correct gas cartridge and connection requirements.
For a small solid-fuel fire, Outsunny’s 16 cm tabletop models offer a compact stainless steel design with secondary combustion and wood or pellet fuel options. Their two-part combustion system is designed to reduce smoke, but smokeless does not mean smoke-free in every condition, particularly during lighting or refuelling.
Tabletop fire pits are different from fire pit tables: the appliance sits on a suitable surface rather than forming part of a full-size furniture unit. Compare the dimensions and fuel arrangements, and leave the clearance required by the manufacturer around and above the flame. A small footprint does not mean every tabletop material is suitable.
Treat these designs primarily as atmospheric outdoor centrepieces, not a substitute for a larger patio heater. Follow each model’s instructions for placement, fuel and operation. Keep the appliance attended while lit and allow it to cool fully before moving, cleaning or storing it. The current gas and solid-fuel models in this range are for outdoor use.
