The Cozze® 17" Pizza Oven with Rotating Stone and Door, Gas is built for those who want quick, consistent results when baking larger pizzas outdoors. With a high-performance 6.0 kW SS430 U-shaped stainless steel burner, this oven reaches up to 500°C, allowing you to cook pizzas in just 2 minutes.

Its key feature is the rotating cordierite pizza stone (Ø42 cm), which ensures even cooking across the entire surface without needing to manually turn your pizza. The oven includes a front-mounted thermometer and automatic ignition (requires 2 AA batteries, not included) for easy operation. A removable door helps retain heat during warm-up, and the double-chamber interior with SS430 steel improves heat efficiency.

Made for outdoor use, the oven operates on 30 mbar gas pressure and connects via hose nozzle or 1/4" thread fitting. Regulator is not included. Its zinc-treated steel body with heat-resistant powder coating offers durability and weather resistance, while four sturdy legs with rubber buffers provide stability on any surface.

FAQs

This oven is designed for large pizzas of approximately 42 cm in diameter. A round cordierite pizza stone is included, so you do not need to purchase one separately.

The rotating stone moves your pizza through the heat, helping the base and crust cook more evenly without manual turning. Keep watching your pizza while it cooks, as the dough, toppings and oven temperature affect the final result.

No, a gas regulator and hose are not included in the box. The manufacturer leaves these out so you can match the connection to the specific gas bottle you choose to use.

To get up and running, you will need an outdoor LPG propane cylinder and a matching low-pressure regulator and hose kit, easily available from local hardware stores like B&Q. This model is specified for 30 mbar: match the regulator pressure to the appliance’s rating label and manual, rather than treating 30 mbar and 37 mbar as interchangeable.

For green Patio Gas bottles (recommended): you need a 27 mm clip-on propane regulator. For red propane bottles: you need a screw-on (POL) propane regulator. In either case, the regulator must supply the pressure specified for your oven.

Please note: This unit is not compatible with blue butane bottles or mains natural gas. Ask your gas supplier to match the correct hose and regulator to your oven and gas bottle, and follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions before use.

Once the oven and stone are properly preheated, this Cozze 17" oven can bake a pizza in approximately two minutes. It has a 6.0 kW U-shaped stainless steel burner and a front-mounted thermometer to help you monitor the temperature. The included removable door helps retain heat during warm-up. Automatic ignition requires two AA batteries, which are not included.
