With a powerful 8.0 kW U-shaped SS430 stainless steel burner, this gas-fired oven reaches optimal cooking temperature fast, allowing you to bake pizzas in just 2 minutes. Its galvanised steel body with heat-resistant powder coating ensures long-lasting durability, even in unpredictable British weather.

Designed for ease of use, the oven features automatic ignition and a front-mounted thermometer for accurate temperature control. The included cordierite pizza stone (43×43×1.0 cm) delivers crisp, evenly cooked bases, while the removable door helps retain heat during warm-up. With four sturdy legs and rubber feet, the oven remains stable on any outdoor surface.

This compact oven fits pizzas up to Ø43 cm and 10 cm in height, making it ideal for family-sized portions. It operates on 30 mbar gas pressure, suitable for UK use, and connects via hose connector or 1/4" thread. Please note: regulator is not included.

The Cozze® 17" CLASSIC accommodates pizzas up to 43 cm in diameter. Its included cordierite pizza stone measures 43 × 43 × 1 cm, giving you plenty of space for larger pizzas.

Once the oven and pizza stone have reached cooking temperature, the Cozze® 17" CLASSIC can bake a pizza in approximately two minutes. Its 8.0 kW U-shaped stainless steel burner provides powerful heat. Cooking time varies with your dough, toppings and temperature, so allow the oven to preheat before adding your pizza.

No, a gas regulator and hose are not included in the box. The manufacturer leaves these out so you can match the connection to the specific gas bottle you choose to use.

To get up and running, you will need an outdoor LPG propane cylinder and a matching low-pressure regulator and hose kit, available from local hardware stores like B&Q. This model’s product specification lists 30 mbar: match the regulator pressure to the appliance’s rating label and manual, rather than treating 30 mbar and 37 mbar as interchangeable.

For green Patio Gas bottles (recommended): choose a 27 mm clip-on propane regulator. For red propane bottles: choose a screw-on (POL) propane regulator. In both cases, the regulator must supply the pressure required by this oven.

Please note: This unit is not compatible with blue butane bottles or mains natural gas. Ask your gas supplier to match the correct kit to your oven and bottle, and follow the manufacturer’s setup instructions before use.

Yes. The oven includes a cordierite pizza stone, so you do not need to buy one separately. A front-mounted thermometer helps you monitor the oven temperature, while the removable door helps retain heat during warm-up.
