Delivery & Assembly

Delivery time is 1-3 days, but it is subject to us being able to make contact with you to discuss arrangements and ensure you will be in to receive the goods.

This item is a pallet delivery delivered curbside by truck. There must be sufficient access for them to do so, and someone must be present to receive the delivery. 

After unloading, the driver will move the item as close to your property as possible using a hydraulic trolley, but this cannot operate on uneven surfaces (grass, gravel, cobbles, or steps). Please ensure a suitable delivery surface. Additional assistance or equipment may be required for heavy items.

It is easy to assemble, but there is heavy work involved. It is suggested that at least 2 people assemble it. No further work is required when assembled and the BBQ will last a lifetime.
