Delivery & Assembly

This item is a pallet delivery, delivered curbside by truck.

Buschbeck will call you directly to book a delivery date (Monday - Friday) convenient for you. Delivery time from there is 1-3 days. The driver will send you a text message on the day of delivery with a 2-hour delivery window.

There must be sufficient access for the truck, and someone must be present to receive the delivery. 

After unloading, the driver will move the item as close to your property as possible using a hydraulic trolley, but this cannot operate on uneven surfaces (grass, gravel, cobbles, or steps). Please ensure a suitable delivery surface. Additional assistance or equipment may be required for heavy items.

It is easy to assemble, but there is heavy work involved. It is suggested that at least 2 people assemble it. You will require heat proof silicone or cement, available from most good DIY stores. No further work is required when assembled and the BBQ will last a lifetime.
