The Cozze® 17" Pizza Oven with Rotating Stone and Door, Gas is built for those who want quick, consistent results when baking larger pizzas outdoors. With a high-performance 6.0 kW SS430 U-shaped stainless steel burner, this oven reaches up to 500°C, allowing you to cook pizzas in just 2 minutes.

Its key feature is the rotating cordierite pizza stone (Ø42 cm), which ensures even cooking across the entire surface without needing to manually turn your pizza. The oven includes a front-mounted thermometer and automatic ignition (requires 2 AA batteries, not included) for easy operation. A removable door helps retain heat during warm-up, and the double-chamber interior with SS430 steel improves heat efficiency.

Made for outdoor use, the oven operates on 30 mbar gas pressure and connects via hose nozzle or 1/4" thread fitting. Regulator is not included. Its zinc-treated steel body with heat-resistant powder coating offers durability and weather resistance, while four sturdy legs with rubber buffers provide stability on any surface.
